To help you feel at home from the moment you arrive, we’ve gathered all the essential information here to help you prepare for your stay.

In accordance with Andalusian Regional Government Decree-Law 13/2020, this document also serves as the property’s House Rules.

Before You Arrive

 

Your ID

Current regulations require us to register all guests, including children. Please remember to bring a valid ID or passport for yourself and everyone travelling with you. Without this documentation, we won’t be able to complete your check-in.

 

Your Booking

To confirm your booking, payment for the first night’s stay is required. If the booking is cancelled more than one hour after it has been made, this payment is non-refundable.

The remaining balance is payable at check-in. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, Bizum and bank transfer.

When You Arrive

 

Reception

Our reception is open from 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm. If you need anything outside these hours, you can contact us at +34 699 934 046 at any time.

 

Check-in

Your room will be ready from 3:00 pm.

 

Check-out

You can enjoy your stay until 11:00 am on your departure day.

If you expect to arrive outside our usual reception hours, please let us know in advance. Whenever possible, we’ll do our best to find a solution.

During Your Stay

 

Housekeeping

Rooms are cleaned between 11:00 am and 1:00 pm, provided there are no guests inside. If you’d prefer us not to enter your room or would like to change your housekeeping day, just let us know.

As part of our commitment to more sustainable practices:

  • Towels are changed every two days.
  • Bed linen is changed every four days, or sooner if genuinely needed.

Registered Guests Only

Rooms are for the exclusive use of guests registered at check-in.

 

Pets

As much as we love spending hours watching dog videos, we’re afraid we can’t accommodate pets at the moment.

 

Parking

If you’re travelling by car, parking spaces are available by prior reservation for an additional charge. They are located approximately 150 metres from the hostel and must be vacated when your stay ends.

The parking area is secured by a locked gate but is not supervised, so unfortunately we cannot accept responsibility for any damage, theft or loss.

Peace and quiet are part of what makes this place special. We’d really appreciate your help in keeping that atmosphere by observing our quiet hours:

  • 4:00 pm – 6:00 pm
  • 12:00 am – 9:00 am

 

Smoke-Free Property

Smoking and the use of electronic cigarettes or vapes are not permitted in the rooms or any indoor common areas. Besides causing inconvenience to other guests, smoke may activate the fire detection system.

In the event of serious or repeated breaches affecting the comfort of other guests, the peaceful atmosphere or the safety of the property, the Management reserves the right to terminate a guest’s stay in accordance with the applicable regulations.

With a few small gestures from all of us, we can help keep Doña Antonia a beautiful, comfortable and welcoming place for everyone.

 

Towels

Please use the towels only for their intended purpose. Make-up, self-tanning products and certain cosmetics can leave permanent stains, making them impossible to reuse.

 

Looking After the Property

If you notice any maintenance issues or anything that isn’t working properly during your stay, please let us know. We’ll be happy to sort it out as quickly as possible.

Any damage caused by improper use of the furniture or facilities may result in a repair or replacement charge

 

Keys

If you lose your room key, a replacement fee will apply. One small reminder: when leaving your room, please don’t leave the key in the inside of the lock.

Valuables

If you need one, safety deposit boxes are available at reception for storing valuables.

Before You Leave

Forgot something? Don’t worry—we’ll do our best to help, but we’ll need you to let us know.

Valuable items are kept for 3 months, while all other lost property is stored for 30 days.

If you’d like us to return a lost item, just get in touch with us. Please note that any shipping costs will be the responsibility of the person requesting the return.
